I had this crush on this guy for like 3 years then got over it, but its has come back or it could have possibly never gone away not sure. Either way we talk alot in my media and science class and it feels like he smiles alot at me, like today I danced into class and he was smiling at me, not sure! But my friend told me that my other friend has a crush on him to and I cant like him which I think is unfair. I think I can like him but I'm not trying to go after him like dating or anything and one of his close friends told me hes not looking for anyone to date anyway. I've already been over the fighting for a guy and losing a friend and I'm NOT going to do it again, so that's why I'm not trying to go after him and just wait and see. Plus even if he were to pick her i would totally support her. So what should i do? Just keep talking and flirting or stop totally?

I am a straight A - student, who spends 48 hours in her dance studio a week, I'm a total girly girl - lip gloss, nail polish, high heels, the whole nine yards and a total girly girl fashioniata - glitter, sparkles, jewels the whole nine yards. And then all of the boys have a crush on me - I have silky, shiny golden brown hair that falls in waves down my back, caramel brown eyes with long, dainty eyelashes, flawless french toast colored skin, glossy, sparkly pink lips and I'm always wearing shiny, dangly earrings. Or sparkly, dangly earrings. Or jeweled dangling earrings. By the way that is how my best friend described me. So, yeah, nobody really understands me except for that I'm (this is how a girl in my class described me to me) a sweet, kind girly girl fashionista who is a flawless dancer and was born beautiful. All of the popular girls ( besides me) in my school just wear sweatpants, I am the most popular girl in my school!!! Not trying to brag!!!

So me and this guy used to be SUPER close, like best friends. And then I started getting feelings for him...so I became a little more distant. And he noticed. He found out I had feelings for him through a friend of mine (I was kind of hoping she'd be smart and tell him to talk to me..but she didn't :/) so then HE got REALLY distant. Now we barely talk. And I miss his friendship more than I miss the flirting and the cute things he said. I really wanted to deal with this face to face, but I kept chickening out/passing up chances. Now I won't be seeing him for a good week or so because of spring break. I want to text him at least, but I don't want him to think I'm only friendly through texyt. I know I'm ready to put our friendship first, over a relationship. How do I tell him that without being too blunt, too awkward, or too shady?

Hey girlie,

Instead of making it awkward and being super blunt about it (like saying, "Hey I miss you, we don't have to flirt but can we be friends?"), try to ease back into the friendship naturally. Text him and say something like, "Hey! It's been forever, how's your break going?" Be friendly and normal. If he senses that you're relaxed and not awkward about it, he'll calm down and feel more comfy too. It only has to be awkward and distant if you let it get that way! So focus on being friendly like you were before. Don't flirt so you don't cross that line and confuse him - instead, just be a supportive friend, as if he was anybody else (even one of your girl friends). It'll take some time to get back to normal, but it's totally possible! Stick with it! <3

1. Try getting to know him better as a friend and even hanging out, if possible! Since you're flirting and he might not be getting the hint, you gotta go another route and get closer to him that way!

2. It's normal to be a little boy crazy! It's not such a bad thing Just make sure you balance that out by focusing on hobbies, talking to your friends about other things, and working hard in school. It's ok to think about boys all the time and flirt... but just remember that there are OTHER important things too! (And of course, remember that flirting is more special when you save it for guys you really, really like - it'll make them feel like you actually really like them!)

You don't know exactly what was going on in that situation where he was "mean to her" - it could've been anything! And she might've been overreacting. Personally, I'd try to judge this guy based on how he treats you and your friends. Don't let yourself be swayed by rumors!

So spring brreak just began and when we I go back to school I want to give my crush something (because he likes me back). I thought about giving him a bracelet that has 'je t'aime' written on it but I'm not sure bcuz I like wering that braelet.

I probably wouldn't give him a bracelet because he might not wear it! (It depends on the guy.) Instead, try writing him a note, making him a mixed CD, a movie he likes, some baked goods... get creative and think of something he would really use and like!
