why????????????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
by googleeyes2 on 4/15/2012 5:15:52 PM
Seriously people? You're going to encounter swearing in your life. I'll bet your parents swear all the time. That doesn't mean that she's a bad role model...
by fungirl123 on 4/13/2012 7:59:15 PM
I know people who need to be on a gluten free diet. I never even knew about it until recently. And Miley is so funny, I know we give her a hard time for the things she says and does but she really is good about being a celebrity. She has been acting a little risque and raunchy but I am sure its tough growing up where everyone is looking at you constantly.
by luckykel on 4/12/2012 3:28:52 PM
Why would people care so much about miley cyrus swearing? I can guarantee all of you that when youre older you might have a moment where you need to let it out too.
by Kelly268 on 4/12/2012 1:37:42 PM
I realize Miley Cyrus is older now but it is really necessary to curse. Celebrities are held up to a higher standard because they have thousands of fans and people that look up to them. I do not even know why people curse. Even if you are 20 it is still not really okay in my opinion... I can understand if something slips out but do you really have to curse in your twitter comments.

Everyone was calling her anorexic for a while..... But the gluten free diet makes sense. And guys who cares if she used bad words or not.
by amileofroses on 4/11/2012 10:06:54 PM
Oh, and way to go Miley! Also, I feel so bad for her. I couldn't live without [gluten-y] carbs, so she must be tortured! But I love healthy eating and can see why she now loves (or at least likes/ endures)eating right; whenever I get too lazy to fix something healthy, I come running back to my vegetables and fruit and stuff because eating "un"-healthy makes me feel icky in comparison to carrots and company! Lol.

Okay, I think everyone needs to calm down about the 'bad word' issue. Bad words don't make Miley a bad person, and there's no need for excessive sarcasm here. I get angry or irritated by some things, but there's no need to be outwardly rude about it. And, in regards to the people defending the 'bad words,' I get that most bad words aren't acually that rare(listen to the movies and shows out there!), and I'm sure the older girls on this site can handle it, but you have to look at both sides of the issue. There are younger kids (9 to 11)on this site along with the 12-18 or whatever age group, too. Just look at the ads on GL.com and in the magazine; I don't think a friendship bracelet ad is targeted for 14- or 16-year-olds. If this were, say, Seventeen.com or something, then I would see the 'bad word' complaints as way over the top, but the fact is that it isn't Seventeen or something. Thanks GL for covering up the words, and please, people, it's not something to bicker over. :/

thank you everyone who thinks the swearing is not a big deal. she is 20!! GOSH she can say what she wants. shes a young adult. amd thank you to guitargirl7321. she IS A LOT BETTER then many other stars. shes taking control of her life. and thats great. if any of you dont like her, WHY ARE YOU HERE?? ~~~ ryleigh
by red716 on 4/11/2012 3:49:16 PM
i am glad miley is getting her life back together even after the drug thing. oh and people think she is getting married
by JJlove26 on 4/11/2012 1:53:49 PM
Wow. Are people really THAT sensitive to the word "crap"? And just because she used one swear word doesn't make her a bad rolemodel... She's better than half of the wannabe stars on tv right now. I'd rather look up to miley than a record label created fake "celebrity" Amanda P.
by guitargirl7321 on 4/11/2012 12:18:46 PM
lol guys relax. omg, she said 2 'bad' words. i bet you've never heard any of those before. half the people you look up to swear, you just dont always hear it. its not that big of a deal soo get over it. shes still amazing and its good she's doing this glutenfree diet.
by holliesuxx on 4/11/2012 9:03:03 AM
Miley Cyrus is by no means perfect, but that doesn't mean she's a horrible person, just like swearing doesn't make you a horrible person. She makes mistakes just like everyone else, and is by no means supposed to be a role model for anyone! However, I do applaud her for taking control of her diet. I recently found out I'm lactose intolerant, and it's quickly becoming more severe, so I have to really cut back on what dairy I eat. It's not easy at all, and I've had to give up some of my favorite treats. (Like my peppermint mocha frappucino from Starbucks. I can't even get it with soy milk because I have a soy sensitivity, too. -.-) I can only imagine how horrible it would be to have to be on a gluten-free diet, though I know quite a few people who do it. (Lots of people homeschool for allergy-related reasons, and I'm homeschooled, so I've run into a lot of allergies) I love my bread and pasta, so it would be heartbreaking to no longer be able to eat them.
by rockinlishy on 4/11/2012 2:02:12 AM
What a role model. I mean, seriously.
by future_artist on 4/10/2012 8:32:13 PM

by soccerlover99 on 4/10/2012 7:44:25 PM
Just because she says bad words dosent make her a bad person. -Peace XoXo
by rosesrock101 on 4/10/2012 7:34:20 PM
BTW I think she is awesome but sometimes her style is hoochy to be a role model.
by radiogirl on 4/10/2012 7:13:41 PM

Good for Miley. My BFF's mom is thinking on putting her on a gluten free diet. She really doesn't want to.
by Sarah510 on 4/10/2012 5:30:39 PM

Mod!!! What are the steps to how to get fit for bikini season asap!!!!!!!! . Thanks! Xoxo
by Sunny4132 on 4/10/2012 3:24:58 PM
Weird. Her grammar is pretty much perfect, except for the "bad" words that have extra letters on the end. ("Bad" in quotes because crap may or may not be a bad word, depending on who you ask.) Kinda surprised GL put that third Tweet on here, with a certain word in it, but whatevs. ;) I'm glad she's standing up to the people who are calling her anorexic, without getting upset about it. It's a good thing, too, that she's so upbeat about her diet change! I would be devastated! XD
by Dawnstar on 4/10/2012 2:54:03 PM
yeah cuz miley cyrus is SUCH a role model with saying 2 bad words on here. i TOTALLY wanna do whatever she does. seriosuly, they couldnt have covered up those words? uncalled 4 -_-
