1. Pin ‘em back
Brush your bangs back towards the back of your head. To add volume, push them forward so that the bangs pouf up a li’l. Secure with a fun feathery peacock hair clip.
Peacock Barrette, $18, karmaloop.com
2. Twist ‘em
Whether you like to part your hair in the middle or wear it to the side, a great way to keep annoying bangs out of your eyes is to twist ‘em: Pull your bangs up, give them a twist and pin to one or both sides. For an extra style boost, add a jeweled bobby pin. Glam!
Pieces Fritza Hair Pin, $13, asos.com
3. Braid ‘em
Braided bangs will turn your tresses super chic instantly! Try a fancy fishtail braid or just loosely weave ‘em down the side. Secure with bitty bobby pins and voilà! For extra fanciness, add a braided headband that’s close to your hair color.
Daytrip Braided Headband, $11, buckle.com
4. Hide ‘em under a cute headband
You picked just the right time to grow out your bangs: Headbands are the must-have accessories this season. Try a feathered one, or pick one with a sweet side bow. For your biggest bash, add this gorge sequin headband to your collection:

mod mod i am a 9 year old going into 4th grade and all my friends are shaving getting cup bras getting highlights and all that stuff and my mom says no to any thing because i cant get highlights because it is to much money and i really want a phone witch everyone has now i have been asking my mom for everything what should i do? Hey babe, You have to have a talk with your mom about this. Ask her what you can do to prove that you're responsible enough to handle those things. And whatever you do, don't talk back or have attitude when you're talking to her about this. Jordan S.

Few! What a relieve for my bangs! But they are under my nose so I don't know how long will it take but I will do headband and always did clippin my bangs back ! ( it makes me look too adorable infront of my friends and besties!), and my bf loves any hair style I chose to do! He always says I will always look beautiful in anything and that reminded me of my friend listening to One Direction( they are okay, but my bf is better!!! )

@hungergamesrox99 i have like the same exact hair i got side bangs last summer and they look cute when you straighten it but if you leave you hair curly they do get kinda annoying and i have ot pin mine back everytime. if you do get tehm though definatley make them long (like past your nose) hope this helps
by niallove45251 on 5/1/2012 8:24:52 PM
Anyone know if side bangs would possibly look good on a girl with a little past the shoulder length curly hair but straightens it most of the time?

My friends call me the queen of head bands because I have so many and wear them. But in reality I dont wear them as much as I used to or as much as some people I know, I just like them. They are a lifesaver at times. I have so may I have even given some away. But I dont know if I would wear a peacock's feather.
