Stinky butt? Say what?!


 
I have this weird tendency to get bottom body odor. It happens only when I'm at school. I sit in a seat for so long, that my bottom feels wet and sweaty, and it smells. I don't want to spray perfume on my butt! What can I do to get rid of this never-get-out-of-seat-all-day funk?

Dr. Dee Anna Glaser, president of the International Hyperhidrosis Society, said, suggests using a soap such as Dial when ya shower. You can also try a spray-on antiperspirant  on your booty to see if it knocks out the sweating.

 

“Wear clothes that are breathable, such as light cottons or linens, and not occlusive clothes such as polyester,” Dr. Glaser advises. “And make sure your jeans aren't too tight!” One more idea? Try wearing undies that wick sweat away from your body. Under Armour and other athletic brands have good options.

Still not helping? Visit your doc—ya might need a prescription to kill the sweat slick.

that must be terrible! as far as i know girls life is the most reliable website i know and they do stuff just for us! i would do what they say and your booty sitch should be gone

I eat too much sweets... My mom is always bringing sweets home and by the next hour, they're practically GONE!!!
I keep getting lectures about eating too much but I do it again! -.- !!!
I have to control myself but I can't!
I can't even say that I can stop buying all of that stuff! I've tried that before and I just found loopholes. Please answer back soon!


Hey girl,

Try rationing yourself off them slowly by eating less and less each day, and save sweets as a reward for yourself when you get a good grade or do something else you're proud of. And try eating natural sugars, like fruits, which will make you want them less!

Take the stairs more than once. When you’re at home, run up and down the stairs three or four times before heading to your room. It’s a sneaky way to stay active.
