Blueberries are blue ribbon-winning brain food

Scientists at the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging in Boston have found out that blueberries contain high levels of polyphenolics. Polyphenolics are special natural compounds that have very strong antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects.
