Your mom’s right, babe. As long as you’re healthy, you shouldn’t be worrying about having a killer bod. That being said, it’s hard to avoid judging ourselves, especially when we’re baring so much skin come summertime.
The best way to look good and to feel great all year round is to lead an active lifestyle. For some sweeties, that means playing a sport or two or three. For others, it means going to dance class. For others, it means riding their bike everywhere or playing with friends in the park or busting a move thanks to Just Dance 3.
Don’t think about it in terms of working out or having a flat tummy. Use your body to it’s fullest potential—exercising, competing and having a blast with your buds—and take pride in the way it looks and what it’s able to do for you.

Mod Mod Mod... Okay so I'm a really quiet girl and I'm not super funny. I can talk to people but not in like a full conversation kind. I really like this guy and he's quiet at the cattle shows since I don't go to school with him but when he is with like a group of 4 he is really funny and loud. I only know that through my friend that went on a dairy trip with him and some others. I don't know how to talk to him and make him like me even though I'm super quiet. Also, are there any ways that I can become a tiny bit more outgoing too? Thanks!

Tight, hip-hugging jeans are hazardous to your health.
