Your mom’s right, babe. As long as you’re healthy, you shouldn’t be worrying about having a killer bod. That being said, it’s hard to avoid judging ourselves, especially when we’re baring so much skin come summertime.
The best way to look good and to feel great all year round is to lead an active lifestyle. For some sweeties, that means playing a sport or two or three. For others, it means going to dance class. For others, it means riding their bike everywhere or playing with friends in the park or busting a move thanks to Just Dance 3.
Don’t think about it in terms of working out or having a flat tummy. Use your body to it’s fullest potential—exercising, competing and having a blast with your buds—and take pride in the way it looks and what it’s able to do for you.

POSTED IN weight, body image, Love your bod, bikini body workout
It's really hard to feel confident. I need to start thinking of 'working out' as just having fun.

I have no reason to wear a bikini... when I swim it's competetively and I have to wear a one piece and I wouldn't look good in a bikini anyways!!!

Yea but it's hard to feel confident about yourself!!!! I wear a tight tankini top and boy-shorts. I add style to them to make them make me look more fashionable. This way I am covered and confident but still look really cute and get some "stares". Working out it a hassle. I am healthy, a fine weight, and look fine. I try to just stop obsessing about how I look and try and have fun instead.

Girls should be checked for breast cancer routinely because they can get it just like older women.
