A new study out this year showed that people with low amounts of fish-based omega-3s in their blood has smaller brain volume and poorer performance in tests of visual memory, abstract thinking and planning and carrying out tasks, than someone with higher DHA levels. Adding fish like salmon, rainbow trout and tuna to your diet will help keep ya on track to amazing grades…and a healthy bod, to boot!
