Please help me! My boyfriend dumped me on the last day of school. He said he doesn't love me anymore and it never would've worked out. I'm having a hard time getting over it. I don't want to go crawling back to him because I know that's pathetic and a stupid thing to do. What's the best way to get through this and over him? I don't want to cry anymore. Please help!




Hey girl!

I feel your pain! Breakups are really hard, and everyone deals with them differently. You should surround yourself with good friends and your family to help you get through it. Keep as busy as possible. And it's totally OK to be sad and cry sometimes. That's part of the process. You deserve someone who loves you just as much as you love them, so don't go back to him. There ARE great guys out there, so keep your head up, girl!

Hey girl!

It's good that you know your fears beforehand. This will help you prevent them. If you like hiking, think about how awesome that will be. Gorgeous scenery and good exercise! Stick with a buddy who you can chat with as you hike so you keep your mind off of your fear. And concentrate on how proud of yourself you can be when you make it to the top! Each time you hike your feel will become less intense. Good luck!
