Motive Pure is a new brand that has just started mass producing. Their slogan is actually, “Make Water Better.” Don’t you want to make your water better? They brought those other sports drinks down to the bare minimum of what an athlete really needs and put that in a liquid concentrate form. That means, you have to mix it with water (1 fluid ounce of concentrate makes 20 fluid ounces of finished product) to have a great rehydrating experience.
But don’t you need all of those extra calories? Motive Pure is a rehydration solution that quickly and effectively replenishes vital electrolytes. It has zero sugar, zero artificial flavors and zero artificial colors. So, it’s clear and it tastes like lemon-lime because it has citric acid (the thing that transfers the vitamins and minerals to your body, because otherwise you couldn’t absorb them). Motive Pure increases both electrolyte and water absorption as well as giving you the water and electrolytes to absorb! Doesn’t that sound smart?
Motive Pure has sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium—all vital electrolytes that your body requires to rehydrate the right way. You can drink it whenever, wherever, but it’s my fave sip when I’m working out—running FTW!—or at practice. The more often you drink it, the more alert you’ll feel. You can work harder and longer (in the classroom or at the gym!) than you have before because this keeps you hydrated all the way through the day.

I really have never been one for these types of things. The best and healthiest way to rehydrate is the most obvious way to drink water. As an Emergency Medical Technician i know that unless you have been in the dessert for a week with no water you don't need anything like this. but if you feel like you do want some electrolytes with little to no calories you should drink coconut milk or coconut water. coconut water is sold in stores and tastes great and also has more electrolytes than the leading sports drinks. it is also much healthier and better for your body. the more natural and less processed a thing is the easier it is for your body to absorb. personally i am all for the most natural way of doing something if anybody wants any advise on working out or diet please feel free to contact me

Flavor: This fruity combo of two all-time best-selling flavors makes a delightfully sweet treat.
Fab Fact: In 2001, Lip Smacker blended two of its best-selling glosses.
I need eight glasses of water a day to be healthy.
