Check these out, too...
What you’ll need:
1 cup water
2 teaspoons of coffee (black tea works, too)
3 teaspoons of sifted henna powder
1 teaspoon of eucalyptus oil
What you’ll do:
Step 1: Boil the water. Add 2 teaspoons of coffee to boiling water. Let it rest for a few hours, then use a strainer to remove coffee grounds. Put henna powder and eucalyptus oil in another bowl. Don't mix it!
Step 3: Let paint set for at least six hours, and no more than twelve. You want the henna dye to have the consistency of toothpaste.
Step 4: Apply the henna! Go crazy with cool patterns. Try applying to your feet, hands and even stomach. Have fun!

Hey susmita24, I understand why your annoyed that everyone is getting henna tattoos. It is something that belongs to your culture and has an important meaning. I'm sorry that people don't understand that. Xoxo Moderator! I have a complaint bout this. This henna or yu can say mendhi aren't tattoos, they are wore for holidays for Hinduism, lyk how I am a Hindu. These aren't hippy stuff, it's decorations for your hand specially during WEDDINGS!! HINDU WEDDINGS! If yu still don't get it, go look up Hinduism, henna/mendhi online... Also instead of making henna( WHICH AINT HOMEMADE..SORRY 2 BURST YUR BUBBLES)...havve relatives living in India and they'll send yu henna/mendhi from there! ;] It's very simple tht way, no offense! Lynae P.
