So there is this guy who is my best friends ex. He asked me out a week after they broke up. When I said no, he said it was his little bro and told the whole grade I like him. Then I realized I did. But he said it was a joke and he would never like me. Do I believe him?? My best friend got back together with him for the third time after she knew I had a crush on him. She asked my permission but what kind of friend is going to say no? Did I do the right thing? What do I do?

His pretty close friend told me that he would ask me out on the first day of school in August. Do you think my crush will ask me out? What if he stops liking me during the summer?

You should definitely keep texting this summer to keep the spark alive! That way, he'll be thinking about you all summer. Maybe you can even hang out this summer. Ok so my crush and I are like super close friends. But we only usually talk over text because for 2 years now we have went to diff skools. Anyway, I really like him. But he told me that he likes this girl lets call her k. K likes him back but said she didnt feel comfortable with dating and maybe they could date next year. He said ok. Now idk wat to do because i was planning on telling him i like him this summer but now i feel like thats unfair cuz of this. And a couple of months ago someone was telling me that he likes me and i asked him that was true but he said no. He is a really good friend tho and verry nice to me. Im just so confused wat should I do??? THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I think it would be a little unfair to K to try and steal this guy away. How would you feel if someone did that to you? Probably not so good. There are plenty of other guys out there so don't sweat this. Plus, you never know what will happen with this guy and K. Maybe they won't end up going out. At that point, it'd be OK to pursue it.
