Perfect Pikes
“Lie face-up with raised legs until perpendicular to floor,
feet flexed and hands lightly behind head. Lower right leg so it hovers one or
two inches off floor. In this position, do 15 crunches, lifting chest toward
ceiling and lowering back to start. Switch legs and repeat.” – Taira N., 13

“I listen to one of my favorite upbeat songs while I lay on
the ground and do about 10 crunches. After about 10, I switch to side crunches.

Roll With It
“My favorite is so much fun, you won’t even realize it’s an
ab workout. Sit with your knees up and your arms around them. Next you gently
fall back, the roll yourself back up! Do about 20 a day.” – Kaitlyn G., 15
