If your parents won't let you have a facebook then too bad, this is an awesome opportunity for someone with a not so interesting room. My parents don't want me to have a facebook but I only use it to enter contests or to read stuff about my favorite shows. Stop being negative and move on.

i totally agree with favcolorgreen. You guys didnt give the "ask your parents permission" some girls might get so drawn towards it that they create a facebook, without their parents knowing. All I'm saying is why don't you add more variety....and all of the rooms look pretty much the same.

Dear GL,
You used to be a great website telling girls not to believe in stereotypes. but now you are believing in those stereotypes, just expecting that everyone has a facebook, also putting up cute fashion posts that are really revealing and short. But guess what not everyone's parents will let us wear super short shorts ,and mini skirts or get a facebook and some teens don't even like to wear that stuff or they don't want a fb.. All I would like is that you put up more of a variety of stuff and contests that don't require a facebook

So I met this girl online and we have so much in common! We made a forum together so we could talk a lot more along with other internet friends and were super close now. My friend (Let's call her dana) she had this boyfriend and he was super sweet to her and everything. Recently he moved away and she has been super depressed because her home life hasn't been well either. She keeps acting so sad and she even said she started to cut herself again. I keep telling her that is isn't good for her and she needs to stop but she won't listen to me. What can I do before things get too serious?
