While her new ‘do may seem like a sudden decision, it really wasn’t. As tweeted by Miley’s dogs, there’s a vid of 15-year-old Miley saying she would one day chop off her hair and make it look like Twiggy’s hair. (Check out the vid here!)If you don’t know, Twiggy was a famous British model in the swingin’ Sixties who first famously rocked the blonde ‘do Miley wears today.
