I really like this one guy, but I don't have any classes with him, he barely knows me, and it would be just weird I'd I started talking to him. How do I make my move?
 
Hey girl! Try finding out some of his interests and ask him about them. Maybe he's on the football team? Ask him when the next game is. Or maybe he likes art? Tell him you noticed his artwork and you really liked it. Maybe he'll teach you pointer with painting. Finding out his interests will help you think of conversation starters, and then, who knows, maybe you two will have some common interests. You could also try asking him about the different classes he is taking. Find out what he's learning. If he has the same teacher but at a different time, suggest to be study buddies.
 
Even though making the first move can be a bit scary at first, in the end it will pay off. Gaining the courage to talk to him will help you feel more confident with yourself in future and prepare you for other situations when you want your voice to be heard. Making that extra effort to talk to him will show him you care and are interested in him. Good luck!

ok so I really llike this guy, John, from my church. He's one year older than me.we went on a mission trip together last month with the church and were on the same team so we got kinda close.I've known him almost forever and im good friends with his sister who's a year younger than me. last time we saw each other he gave me a hug when he left. He's just so great but the problem is we go to differnt schools. so the only time i get to see him is at youth group at out church once a week and its only for like an hour. I just don't know how to get to know him better and how to tell if he likes me since i reallly dont see him often. any tips on how to get him to like me or tell if he likes me. thanks so much!!

So there's this guy I met at camp-we were both counselors-he lives 1/2 hr away and goes to a different school..and i'm 2 yrs older but we look easily the same age. We worked together at a few different camps and i always thought he liked me because of a few different things-sitting really close, picking on me, he even sang parts of "what makes you beautiful" and "call me maybe" to me, etc..- and we've talked on fb quite a bit but sometimes when we chat it's not for long and seems like he's bored and other times it seems like he's flirting-he'll pick on me and he even 'asked' if i had a bf. but i'm always the one starting the convos and i feel like i'm annoying him. and idk what to do or if he likes me or what(i know it's not really much of a question but idk what to do and if i talk to him more idk what to talk about)

Hey girlie, back off for a little bit. There's nothing wrong with you initiating conversation, but if you initiate it every time you're not giving him the chance to ever initiate it. If you stop talking to him first, you'll get the chance to see if he wants to talk to you and if he's willing to start the conversation. And if he's not you're better off with someone else anyway.

i go to this new school and i feel like i look so young compared to everyone else. And ther are no cute guys! and if there is ther all 15 to 18 And i'm 13. What do i do i want a gut to notice me in this school!!!!! ??????

Try introducing yourself to a guy in your grade, maybe someone from one of your classes? Even if you just end up being friends, you're still meeting new people! And it's okay to not start dating and getting guys' attention right away--you'll have plenty of time for that later on, trust us Smile
