You can make the new school year your best yet. Sit toward the front, speak up in class, stay on top of assignments and strive to excel in at least one subject (English? Science? Art?). It sounds like you need a new strategy this year. Maybe your parents can hire a college kid as a “homework helper”? Do you need an adult math or language tutor? Or extra time with a teacher?
