His Answer: “Boys get nervous around girls they like because there is something at stake, and that makes them act weird,” reveals Drew, 16.
 
Decoded: Basically, guys can be a nervous wreck around girls, but their way of showing it is by acting weird. When a guy really likes a girl, they're afraid of losing their chance with her and messing things up. Sometimes it’s hard for the guy to be the one to put himself out there first. He’s nervous about what you think about him and doesn’t know how to show it.
 
Your Move: Don’t assume just ‘cause they’re guys that they don’t get jittery around their crushes. If your cutie is acting weird around you, just try to act as normal as possible and make him feel comfortable. If you start the conversation and express your feelings for them they won’t be as nervous.

I really like my BGF and he's showing all the signs of liking me too but I can't really tell. He smiles all the time around me and when he took me home from classes yesterday, he was really sweet and kept the conversation going and kept saying my name (I'll call myself B) like, "B, were you nervous on the first day?" or "See you later, B!" I can't stop thinking about him. Is he just being polite or does he like me?
