By being yourself girl. Everyone has something about them that makes them cool, you just gotta find your thing. Are you artsy? Like sports? A good writer? Figure out your talent and work on it. Xoxo

i feel stupid and ugly, help?

 

Find at least one thing you like about yourself, and this can be anything. You can even like the way you make a bowl of cereal or how you do your hair. Make a note of it. Then continue thinking about things you like about yourself, until you have a list of ten things. Every morning repeat this list back to yourself beginning with "I like that I". Eventually you'll start to feel more confident. Hope this helps!
