i feel stupid and ugly, help?

 

Find at least one thing you like about yourself, and this can be anything. You can even like the way you make a bowl of cereal or how you do your hair. Make a note of it. Then continue thinking about things you like about yourself, until you have a list of ten things. Every morning repeat this list back to yourself beginning with "I like that I". Eventually you'll start to feel more confident. Hope this helps!

So to enter for each new prize, go to the Winners section and click on the most current winners list. Scroll to the bottom of the list until you see "WIN IT" in pink letters.
