When
the temperature outside begins to drop, one of the best things to do is curl up
with a blanket in front of the TV. While some of our faves sadly got cancelled,
there will (thankfully) be a lot of great new shows premiering this fall.
If
you’re lookin’ to find some new faves to watch, we’ve got you covered. Read on
for a sneak peek at some of the shows we’re most excited to see come to the
small screen…
Dog
With a Blog
Premieres
Friday, October 12th, 9:40 pm on Disney Channel
Ever
wondered what would happen if your Fido could speak his mind? Well, this fam
gets more than just that! A newly-married couple, each with children from prior
relationships, faces obstacles as they try to persuade their children to become
friends. These parents buy Stan the dog in hopes of bringing the children
closer, but soon the kids find out their dog has his own blog! Can they keep
his special talent a secret?
The
Neighbors
Premieres
Wednesday September 26th, 9:30 on ABC
This
new ABC comedy will follow the Weaver family, who move in the first episode of
the show. At first, their gated community seems like a dream come true—until
they discover something out-of-this-world about all their new neighbors. Yes,
they’re aliens! Catch the premiere right after one of our other favorites, The Middle!
Sam
& Cat
Premiere date
Unknown on Nickelodeon
Quit
crying over the cancellation of iCarly and
Victorious, chicas, because it has
been officially announced that Nick will pilot the new show Sam & Cat, starring Jennette McCurdy
and Ariana Grande. The show will revolve around the girls becoming roommates
and starting a babysitting business to pick up extra cash. The best part?
They’ll play the characters from their respective cancelled shows! That’s right,
we don’t have to say goodbye to Sam Puckett or Cat Valentine just yet.
Malibu
Country
Premieres
Friday, November 2nd on ABC
After
her marriage turns sour, Reba McEntire’s character Reba Gallagher takes her two
children and moves in with her mother in Malibu, California. Sunny Malibu is
quite a change from her back-country roots, but Reba is determined to revamp
her dying country music career in Cali. Hilarity ensues as the quirky and
eccentric Gallagher family strive to become whole again.
Which
of these shows do you plan on cozying up to this autumn? What shows are you
most excited to see come back for another season? Blog about it, babes.
