I just made these and I wasn't as satisfied as I expected. I don't know if it's just because I don't have much experience cooking, but this is just what I think. Kale is naturally bitter and cooking it doesn't help much. The sea salt sprinkled on was a little too strong and I needed water the whole time I was eating it. Also, the stems took a longer time to chew. It's not the worst thing I've ever tasted, but it's definitely not the best. If you like them, all the more power to you. This is just my opinion.
