Blogilates babe Cassey Ho is a certified fitness instructor
with hysterical enthusiasm about all things fitness. Her original YouTube
channel features fresh workout videos you can do in 10 minutes or less. The
moves are fun and challenging, and often inspired by pop culture, like her
Gangnam Style Cardio Dance Workout.
eFit30
Online gym eFit30 has dozens of totally free, 30-minute
workout videos that use the fundamentals of yoga and pilates along with
interval and weight training to help ya get fit fast. You can do full-body
tone-ups, target specific areas or try their six-week boot camp.
Tara Stiles Yoga
Tara has been called the coolest yoga instructor on the web,
and from her mellow, reassuring voice to the unpretentious ways she walks you
through different poses, we totally agree with that assessment. Start with her
beginner’s playlist and get ready to inhale, exhale, repeat.
