Dave: This is obviously a personal preference, so there is no right or wrong. I’ll take a natural gal myself. A good way to figure out how a guy feels is to inquire about which actresses or models he finds attractive. However, if he says Emma Watson, don’t rush out to dye your hair auburn, burn through your allowance to replicate her pricey wardrobe or speak with a British accent.
 

Bill: Most guys don’t know you got up at the crack of dawn to make yourself look perfect. They think girls roll out of bed looking great. If you woke up late and didn’t have a chance to make yourself up, they just think that you’re suffering from typhoid fever. It would take a Mount Rushmore job for most guys to notice.

so i really like this guy and he told me a while ago that he likes me to. but then he went out with this girl from snother school that was like 3 yrs younger than him. they just recently broke up and whenever he is with me he will mention us dating. he also talks to my friends about dating me and he asks them questions about me. last night me him and some of my friends hung out and he ended up holding my hand cuz they told him to. im not sure if he even wanted to hold my hand but my friends said he told them he did. i wish he would just ask me out but i dont know if he will.. and he said that he would take things slow if we did date but i feel like he is always around other girls and a lot of the girls like him! do you think he really likes me aand wants to date me ?

 

Hey girlie, since he mentions dating you to you, just ask him if he's ever going to ask you out. Ask playfully or make a joke out of it so that it's not awkward and you don't feel so much pressure.

ok so ive liked this boy alot and last year we wer best friends and flirted alot, near the end of the year i was totaly convinced he liked me. now this year hes supper shy and barely talks to me. when i smile at him he look away. im sad because this is our last year at our school and i want to hav fun togehter. is it just because hes suddinly shy???.... please help!!!

 

Hey girlie, that's a tough one so I'm not really sure what to tell you. It could be a number of different things. Maybe he decided that he has feelings for you so he gets nervous and is afraid to talk to you now. Just try to act normal and see if you can get the boy you used to know to come back.

I like this guy in one of my classes and at least once a week he'll mess with me, like scare me or something and TODAY he told me I was doing good at something, called me perfect, and then highfived me. When I put my hand down from the high five he still had his hand up so I high fixed him again. Then he held my hand! Like, fingers-in-between-each-other hand holding. Not,here-let-me-walk-you-across-the-street, lol. He held it up in the air for like 5+ seconds. Why did he do thaaattt?!?!

Hey girly, losing people you love is very difficult. My mom passed away a few years back, so I know first hand how tough it can be. With time, though, it gets better. It's important to surround yourself with people who love and care about you. You need that support to get through it. And, don't be afraid to talk about how you're feeling, whether it be to someone you trust, or in a journal.

ModModModMod i get a lot f comments from guys, and girls and random people in public who just come right out and tell me i look beautiful.some guys call me hot and girls call me pretty also. even with all of this i feel really insecure. my ma says it's a phase people go through and that i'll feel beautyful one day but, i just don't feel that way. i'm in high school (freshman) not knowing where i fit in since not one but BOTH of my bff's moved away over the summer. all my 'so called friends' have really changed and we don't really hang anymore.i've also never had a boyfriend niether which just adds to the list and confusion (like why would a guy call me pretty if he doesn't like me or even want to hang out and just get to know me?) i really don't know what i'm asking but please reply with someform of advice and i'll be thankful. oh, and i'm sort-of shy since i am insecure. please xo bri.

 

 

Hey chickadee! Sometimes, it's hard to realize that you're beautiful. Even though you may be beautiful to others, you have to feel it yourself. The easiest way to feel it, though, is simply to be happy. Do what you love to do, and hang out with people who you can truly be yourself around. Maybe try some new hobbies- a different sport, or take a singing or art class. You'll meet more friends that share the same interests as you, and doing stuff that you love will make you more confident. External beauty can only get you so far. You have to be happy with your life and who you are to truly be beautiful. And as for guys? They're probably intimidated by you. By best friend is absolutely gorgeous, and she's only ever had one boyfriend. Sometimes, it just takes awhile to meet the right person. Smile

Hey girl, it really could be either way. He probably wouldn't say he likes you to your face like that though and sometimes it can be easy to mistake friendly signs for romantic ones. I'd have your BGF feel him out on whether he's really crushing on someone and hint you may like him. He just may need a catalyst to tell you if he does.

whenever the football team has a game they always wear their jerseys to school that day. sometimes girls wear the guys' other jerseys, depending on where the game is. there is this guy who plays and this week is homecoming. i wanna wear his jersey friday for extreme red and white (school colors) but idk how to approach him. i see him before German I but he's with is two friends. can i pull him aside?? we talk but we're not super close. his parents and mine are good friends but we never all hang out together or anything. i talk to him and he'll reply, but kind of coldly. not that he doesn't wanna talk to me, but he doesn't really have any experience with girls. any advice how to ask him? or just bluntly? ladies, if you wanna comment on my advice queen or prof page and gimme tips, that'd be appreciated. thanks MODs and girls!




Hey girl, when he's with his two friends, just tell him you need to ask him something really quickly and then ask bluntly, saying it would mean a lot to  you if you could wear his jersey to support him since he's been a longtime friend. Just be sweet and sincere about it. If he's weird back, it's on him.

this is a differ topic, i started my period for this month today, it's very heavy and literally leaking out, i use u by kotex and it helps a lot! what are some ways to prevent from leaking at skool tomorrow and the other 3 days?




Periods can be super frustrating! If U by Kotex is helping a lot, continue using that and bring some to school. Maybe after each class you can check on it in the bathroom. If you are using pads, try using tampons. They may be scary at first, but you will get used to it in time! It' much easier to deal with in this kind of situation!
