It's never too early for adorable puppies and Christmas trees

The temperatures outside are starting to drop and the holidays are approachin’! One of the best ways to get in a festive mood is watching a good Christmas flick, and we found a great new one for the whole fam. This movie also makes the perfect stocking stuffer or sibling gift. Early holiday shopping? Check!

12 Dogs of Christmas: Great Puppy Rescue hit stores last week, and we were sure to check out a copy as soon as we could! The movie follows Emma O’Connor (Danielle Chucran) and her friends from Doverville as they fight against the evil Finneas James (Sean Patrick Flanery) and his plot to shut down the local puppy shelter. It’s up to Emma to raise enough money to save the shelter, and she has a special musical holiday event in mind that just might do the trick.

The movie also comes with some super-sweet bonus features, with a behind-the-scenes look at the whole movie, a special basketball scene and the grand musical finale. All three offer some really cool insight at how the movie was made, and are filled with laughs and special moments shared by cast and crew. There’s also a really interesting bonus feature that has the stars discussing their fave breed of dog—how cool!

We’re also squealing because the movie features a special version of “Jingle Bells” by Cody Simpson, whose sister stars in the film! So if you’re lookin’ to get a jump on Xmas gifts or just feel like gettin’ in the holiday spirit, we totally recommend this flick for you and your buds.
