Make Your Mark: Dance along to Disney's hottest tunes

All of our fave TV shows come with the best soundtracks—pumping tunes that make us want to jump up off the couch and jam out! It’s tough when you’re watchin’ the tube though, because the songs only play for so long, and you can’t repeat your favorites. This is why we’re SO excited that Disney has released a CD with these hit songs… and so much more.

In addition to previously unreleased Disney Channel show songs, the Make Your Mark Ultimate Playlist CD includes five songs from the Disney Channel original movie Girl Vs. Monster, making it the perfect amount of musical magic—especially for when you tune in to Disney Channel’s Make Your Mark: Shake It Up Dance Off 2012, which premieres tomorrow night, Oct. 19, at 8 p.m. ET/PT.

I scream, you scream!

The album starts off with a catchy tune from A.N.T. Farm’s China Anne McClain called “I Got My Scream On.” This song was made for dancing. China sings to us, saying, “There’s somethin’ in the air, the shadows everywhere.” Oooh, what a perfect song for a Halloween bash!

No Fear Here

The tune “Fearless” from Girl Vs. Monster is another heart-pumping song. We can’t wait to watch the flick again and again while singing along to this.

Hold on, Bridgit!

We can never get enough of the theme songs for Disney Channel shows. So it’s ultra cool that a few of our faves are included on this CD. “Hang In There Baby,” sung by Bridgit Mendler for Good Luck Charlie, is one of the best…especially because it’s the full extended version.

Just Dance

Towards the end of the album, we get “Something to Dance For,” performed by Shake It Up’s Zendaya. We love how this tune is inspirational, slow and fast, all at the same time! “If it’s a gift worth taking a chance for, then this is something to dance for.” This tune is definitely an anthem.

We totally recommend this hot new album, especially if you’re looking for ways to pump yourself up for Make Your Mark: Shake It Up Dance Off. Be sure to grab a copy (in stores now!). Then come back and share your favorite track.
