The granola bar that'll have ya saying, "OMG, this is good for me?!"

 

 

Rickland Orchards put our two favorite snacks together and wrapped it all up in an easy-to-tote package. Introducing their out-of-this-world Greek yogurt-coated granola bars, which come in tons of delish flavors (but paws off the cranberry almond—that one’s mine!).

 

Here’s the deal: Rickland Orchards loads their brand-new bars with the best ingredients out there—fruit, oats, nuts, real yogurt, honey. But that’s not why they’re our new favorite. When you compare them to other nibbles, like pretzels or even a plain yogurt, they totally lead the competition. One bar packs 7 grams of protein, 5 grams of dietary fiber and just a teeny bit of sodium. Compare that to a muffin loaded with sugar or a handful of salt-laden pretzels, and your three o’clock munchies are lookin’ pretty darn good! 

 

Just to prove my tastebuds weren’t tricking me into boosting my snack IQ, I decided to hand them out to friends and family, simply telling them to eat up—and did they ever! They wolfed down the bars and asked for more. When I read the nutrition facts off the label, they were surprised something that tasted so yummy could possibly be the teeniest bit good for you.

 

So, here’s your challenge, sweeties: Grab a Rickland Orchards granola bar and do a taste test. They come in eight different flavors (blueberry acai, cherry almond, toasted coconut, cranberry almond, apple and honey, orchard peach, strawberry and peanut butter), so unless you have food allergies, picky palates should not be an excuse! Go on, hit up the grocery store. You can thank me later (wink wink).
