Ingredients:
1 package of white cake mix
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1 1⁄2 cups mashed ripe bananas (3 to 4 large bananas)
1 1⁄2 cups fresh cranberries
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixer bowl, combine cake mix, cream cheese, egg and bananas. Beat on low speed until smoothly blended, about 2 minutes. Batter will be stiff. Fold in cranberries. Spread batter into two greased and floured 8 1/2-inch by 4 1/2-inch loaf pans, dividing evenly. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until a tester inserted in center comes out clean. Cool for 20 minutes in pans on a wire rack, then remove loaves and cool completely.

I made this for Thanksgiving, and it was a HIT! Everyone has been asking me for the recipe! Even my sister who hates cranberries loves it. Thanks, GL!
