Fact or fiction: Wearing a bra stops your breasts from growing

This one is total fiction, so wear that bra without fear! As long as your bra isn’t super type (and we’re talking corset-tight, not just tight enough to stay up), it won’t affect your growth at all. While it’s good to take your bra off when you go to sleep—it lets the material relax and regain elasticity, and gives your bod a bit of freedom…plus, it’s comfier—you don’t have to worry about wearing it every day.  Bras don’t stop your boobs from growing (or give you cancer, for that matter).
