So, what are GL staffers doing for their last 24 hours? Preparing for the apocalypse, naturally! We asked everyone at Girls' Life to tell us how they're spending the day before the rumored apocalypse this Friday, and here's what they told us:
"I’ll be catching up on all of the Top Chef and Project Runway All-Stars
episodes I have in my DVR with a giant bowl of popcorn and a few cans of
Coke. I’ll then hit my closet to admire my shoe collection one last
time." - Katie Peterson, production director
"Well, as cheesy as it may sound,
I've always tried to live by the philosophy that any day could be my
last. So I'll spend December 21 just like I'd spend any other Friday:
I'll do something crazy with my friends, smooch a cute guy (okay, I'm
not that exciting--just my boyfriend), snuggle with my pug and eat
something super yummy...that's also terrible for me. Oh, and maybe I'll
finally dye my hair lavender--a look that only works on Kelly Osbourne
and Chanel models, but I've always wanted to try. Hey, YOLO." - Kelsey Haywood, sales and marketing assistant
"Brushing up on my zombie-fighting
skills. Oh, and trying every last pin on my Pinterest boards, especially
Nutella recipes. Who knows? Decoupage Mason jars might come handy in

Million Dollar Decorator episodes I
have saved up, all while wearing my All Saints leather pants and
asymmetrical slouchy sweater. In honor of Jess, I will truly die for
fashion."
