POSTED IN happy holidays, GL Charm School
Vintage_Me123..I feel you girl :-( I live in a super wealthy town but my family is definitely not rich. All of my friends have iPhones and pretty much all of the clothes and gadgets you could ever want in your life plus more..and they live in huge houses. It is SO hard to take someones when my family could never afford the things they have :-(
I guess my advice to you is to try not to be sad and remember that the life you are living now isn't permanent. Before long you will have the opportunity to go to college and prepare to make $ yourself.
But money doesn't buy friendship. If you have to wear certain clothes or own certain things (I know this is cliche..but its the truth) to impress or win over certain people then they are never going to be real friends and therefore you are just wasting your time.
Good people will <3 you for you and I'm sure you will find lots of people like that in your life! Look at how many people already care about you on GL! You aren't alone girl!

I read your comment and was very sad for you. i just wanted to let you know that its not about what you get for christmas, its the thought that counts. dont let people at your school get down on you because its not about what you wear on the outside, its who you are on the inside. im sure youare a beautiful girl on the inside and out and people should respect that. you will know who your true friends are b/c they will not care about what you got for Christmas, they will care about YOU!!!!!! DONT GET DOWN ON YOURSELF, you are probally great!!!! and if you want to buy something new look for ways to earn some $, ik its hard but mabyee offer to babysit or shovel the neighbors snow. dont be sad about your christmas gifts, be happy for Y O U, just wanted to let ypou know that b/c i felt bad and dont worry girl ppl get over christmas gifts so quick! sorry this was long but even ppl u dont no r there for u!!! hth

@vintage me 123 I'm so sorry about that! My suggestion is for you to earn some money on your own in order to buy what you want. Look for sales and deals and check vintage stores. Develop a style and look for cool prices at goodwill. I hope this helps

I don't have anything I could get apps on. (even though I asked for some) But I could tell some of my friends about this app. (One asked for some free app ideas.)

Are you supposed to send Thank You notes for Christmas? I've never been sure...

Flavor: Pop the top for this electrifying, citrus-flavored gloss.
Fab Fact: This soda goodness has been slicking lips with a yummy fizz since 1976.
Win like Gabrielle Douglas!
