Ouch, way to break the fall

One day my friend was walking in the hall with her BF when one of his friends came up and tripped her on purpose. I was at the other end of the hall, so I couldn't do anything. Her BF kept walking, completely ditching her. Then his friend asked jokingly, "Hey man, why don't you help your GF up?" Her BF then replied, "You know I would, but she's not my GF anymore." They both then laughed and walked away while my friend was still on the ground. Apparently they had set that whole thing up just so he could break up with her.

This boy at my karate was my partner for kicking, and he said something mean/sarcastic to me, meaning that I sucked at kicking. I had my period, so I get mad very easily at that time of the month. I kicked him as hard as I could on the hip without even thinking. He said "owwww!". I felt horrible after that, partly because I don't want to hurt anyone and partly because my crush saw. And they're friends. Do you think he told my crush? Will my crush think of me as a bad person? Should I tell the friend that I'm sorry, but what he said was mean? Thanks (:

Hey Girl, you're right, that probably wan't the best way to get your crush to notice you. However, I don't know if he will think you are a bad person because of it. I would probably guess he thought you stood up for yourself, which is good. Whether or not you should apologize? That's up to you. Honestly, I personally think that because you were at karate and kicking him was to be expected, you shouldn't have to.
