I live in California and when I clicked on "Win Today" to enter for the cookie PJs it says it's expired

Soz..i'm enterin for the grand prize for february(I have a chance guys! ;D), but yeah, should I type in M and 9 where they say Enter your apparal (XS-XL) AND shoe size (5-10) below! I'm confused?
I did and well it works but is it the correct way or not?
