Dear A,

I don't know if you remember in first grade when you stomped on my foot because I stole your blocks, but I do.

I don't know if you remember telling me that you would pay me two dollars to eat a Cheerio off a pew bench, and I did, but I do.

I don't know if you remember in forth grade when you asked me if I liked you, and I denied it, but I do.

I don't know if you remember when you teased me for liking Kim Possible, but I do.

I don't know if you remember when you said I was cool, but I do.

I don't know if you remember sharing earbuds on our seventh grade field trip, but I do.

I don't know if you remember giving me a chocolate, but I do.

I remember how you moved schools, and became popular and got a girlfriend.

I remember being happy for you because she was so nice and you loved each other.

I don't know if you even remember me, but I will always remember you.

Love,
A.L.
