Show the love this V-Day! How hugging makes ya happy

Looking for an excuse to snuggle up with your BF this V-Day? Researchers at the Medical University in Vienna have recently revealed that when you hug somebody you care about, your body produces a hormone called oxytocin that can help relieve stress, lower blood pressure and boost your memory. The same thing happens when you are kissing, cuddling and even talking.
