Tourney trouble

I was at a volleyball tournament and I was on my period. I had to go change my tampon during our off time. I had my tampon in the sleeve of my club jacket. On my way out of the gym i accidentally dropped my tampon out of my sleeve. I couldn't run out because there was a girl about to serve. When she served she tripped over the tampon. She ended up twisting her ankle. Then the ref came over and picked it up. He handed it back to me and said "Um... I think this is yours..." I could have died.
