As it turns out, nature boosts creativity, and our bodies crave the time we spend away from electronics. Experts say more exposure to green is leading to healthier brains. And whether or not fresh air from the great outdoors actually increases your creativity, taking a break from your computer, cell phone and TV are sure to make your brain happier.
While the weather’s dry, go for a hike, walk the dog or hang outside with your BFFs. You never know what great ideas you’ll come up with until ya step away from the computer screen and surround yourself with some green.
