Pad prob! How do I get them from my locker to the bathroom?

 
I just recently started my period, and I keep my pads in my backpack. How can I get from my locker to the bathroom without people seeing my pads?

 

 

Good question! There are a couple of ways to be super stealthy about hitting the bathroom when you’re on your period. Pick the option that works best for you (and if we missed one, let us know in the comments!).

 

#1 – Shove it up your sleeve

Admittedly, this one works best with tampons, but we’ve done it with pads, too, when times get desperate. Just slide the pad from your locker into the sleeve of a long-sleeved shirt, sweater, sweatshirt or jacket. Done!

 

#2 – Stick it in your waistband, in a hoodie pocket or under your shirt

Wearing a tank or tee? Try shoving the pad in the waistband of your jeans, beneath your top or conceal in a coat.

 

#3 – Grab a bag

Easiest option? Snagging a small purse for your period products, a toothbrush and a little lip gloss.

I cannot stand the sight of blood. So every time I change my tampon when I'm on my period I feel like I'm gonna throw up and pass out. I can't do this every month

 

Hey girlie, just take deep breaths when you do it to keep yourself calm. Eventually, you should get used to it and it won't be a big deal anymore.

my period is so super heavy and last forever. 19 days long forever. it got so bad we went to the doctor and got put on birth control. that didnt help. they were 28-day cycle pills. i started my period on a friday and started taking the pills sunday. my period lasted 30 days. 30 WHOLE DAYS. over spring break!! we called the doc and they put me on stronger ones. they were 3 month pills, so ill have my period every 3 months. i expected to start on the 4th week on the pills because my body isnt used to it. i did start; however i havent ended. its been 21 days! i cant go swimming because of it too! its too heavy to go swimming but too light to wear a small tampon! help me!!!!!

 

Hey ctate98, mhmm you could try wearing a pantyliner. Sometimes water can stop the flow of blood, so you may be able to go swimming. I know I wish periods weren't so bad. Hope this helps! Xoxo Smile

on Tuesday may 7 2013 i'm 12 and at school my periond leaked through my pads and undie and jeans should i switch to a thicker pad or should i change it more often.

what I do is I tell my teacher that i have to go to the washroom. then i go to my bag tuck it into my jeans waistband or hide it in a pocket then go to the washroom.
