Check these out, too...
The Pearls, a poor family living in Chicago, have nothing but love to give. Without a permanent home or warm winter clothes, they have no choice but to cherish more important things like family and stories.
Because she spent her childhood learning new words and making up tales, Early Pearl loves challenging herself with reading and rhyming. Her father, Dash, stresses the importance of giving each word its own story. But his mysterious disappearance leaves Early wondering if he has an untold story of his own.
Early sets out to discover why her beloved father has left without an explanation. And since he left his notebook behind, she believes she can use the writings inside to find out where he is.
Hold Fast by Blue Balliett follows Early’s attempt to save her poor family and rescue her caring father. Through decoding numbers and tracking rhythms, Early uses her love of language to solve the riddle. Although they lose their apartment and struggle to survive, the Pearls prove that the right amount of love and strength can conquer anything.

@import url(/admin/css/common.css); MOD MOD MOD I really need help fast I'm a college student and I think my professor has a crush on me. He's always staring at me and close to me and every time he or someone in the class makes a perverted joke, he blushes and looks at me and he teases me and tries to make me laugh. He also looks at my boobs and one time he was so close that I bumped into him and he said sorry and touched my back. Do you think he likes me? We have a lot in common and a really strong connection. And he called me cute and smart and he said "you make me feel so..." And I didn't hear the rest. And he said I'm cute and sweet.
