Ingredients
1 ripe avocado, peeled
1 tablespoon of lime juice
1 cup of cooked chicken, shredded (great for leftovers!)
A handful of fresh, washed cilantro leaves
Directions
Take your avocado and slice it into little pieces. Put the pieces in a bowl and mash them with a spoon or fork. Add the chicken and lime juice and mix until the chicken is coated with avocado. Add the cilantro leaves and give it a final toss. Dip with chips, celery or cucumbers or eat as a wrap or sandwich. Delish!

of Kraft Italian Five Cheese as i mixed in the cilantro, then i wrapped it into the tortilla (i dont cook the tortilla.) As you can tell i have some culinary experiences and hey it came through! I rate this recipe 5 Stars! (I only put the chicken in the fridge cause 1. I just bought the avacado the day i made the chicken [idiot me] so it hade to ripen and 2. I made enchiladas the other night and we had some leftover and it was better the day after! And the day after that!)

Flavor: A minty gloss that tastes and smells just as scrumptious as the original cookies.
