Regretting that chocolate chip cookie you ate at
lunch? With bikini season approaching, you’ll prob feel that way quite a lot.
But it doesn’t have to be that way. Here are ten quick and sneaky exercises you
can do to burn off the cals in no time.
1. Ditch the
While you’re watching TV, ditch the remote and
get off your butt and walk to the TV to change the channel. If you do this
around 30 times, the 100 calories you’re looking to shed will be gone.
2. Jog in
If you jog in place for 12 minutes while you’re
watching TV, (that’s not even for half of the show time, so you’ll actually be
sitting for most of the show), you can burn those cals!
If you laugh for a long enough time, it can
actually burn a ton of cals and tone
your tummy. When you laugh super hard
for a while with your buds, don’t you feel that burn in your abs? That’s a six pack coming on!
Do you ever tend to shake your leg or your foot
while you’re sitting? You may not realize you do it, but try to notice if you

Well…sorta. Try to wrestle a beach ball from
your crush or your big bro for 17 minutes. All of the moving around and
grabbing will melt those calories in a fun way.

7. Take a dip
Jump in the pool and swim at your own pace for
17 minutes. Perfect for summertime.
8. Take a
Shampooing, scrubbing, shaving, toweling off,
applying lotion and blowdrying your hair all add up. You can actually burn 100
cals just by taking your regular shower.
9. Chew gum
If you chew gum for nine hours, you can burn
those cals. All you have to do is chew gum between meals—it’s not as crazy as
