30-minute boredom buster: Plant a stress-less garden

It doesn't matter what time of year it is, we can always find something to freak us out. Which is why we love the simple things that calm us down...especially if they get us out in the gorgeous sunshine. Have 30 minutes free? Get your hands dirty with this green-thumb project.

What you'll need:
Assorted packets of seeds or starter plants. We recommend lavender, rosemary and chamomile.
Potting soil
A pot or planter

What you'll do:
Fill your pot or planter box about half-full with potting soil. Follow the planting directions on your seeds or starter plants and tuck them safely under ground. Cover with more soil if necessary, and water. Place in a spot where they'll get both sun and shade during the day, water when the soil gets dry and watch 'em grow!
