Why do I sweat so much, even when I'm not working out?


I tend to sweat a lot, even when I’m not working out. I shower every night and every morning and also tried a lot of different types of deodorants, but I still sweat—and stink. What can I do?   

 

Perspiration is just another side effect of puberty. The best way to stop the smell is to use antibacterial soap or body wash in the shower (it’ll kill icky bacteria which can make ya stink) and swipe on an over-the-counter clinical strength deodorant as needed. If you’ve tried lots of at-home cures and nothing is doing the trick, talk to a doc. You might have a condition that causes your hands, feet and your armpits to sweat more than the average person, which is simply treated with a prescription deodorant or medication.
