1: Soften up
you begin smoothing and removing, start by steaming in a warm shower for a few
minutes. This will soften the surface of your skin and help your razor glide
over your legs nick-free.
of girls skip this step, but it makes a huge difference to your skin,
especially during the summer! Exfoliating helps remove dead skin, which can
make your skin look chalky and dull. Exfoliated skin also creates a great
canvas for shaving and tanning.
3: Shave away
your razor and shave away! Make sure you change your blade at least once every
three weeks (more often if you have thicker hair or hair that grows back
quickly). Use a razor with at least four blades for a closer shave.
Ed. Tip: Try using shaving with conditioner—it’s a less expensive alternative to shaving cream and makes your legs super soft.

4: Wash off
your legs after shaving to remove any residue. Suds up with a moisturizing body
wash with good-for-your-skin ingredients to help your gams retain moisture,
minimizing those chalky white knees you get when your skin is dry.

5: Bronzed babe
you hop out of the shower, make sure to coat your legs in lotion. This will
seal off the shave and help your legs stay soft and smooth. Try a bronzing
lotion for an added glow. Bonus: this formula boasts SPF to keep sun damage off

To keep your skin soft no matter what, make sure to stay hydrated. Drinking water is great for your skin (and the rest of your body). It’s a great choice especially during the summer—when it’s easy to get dehydrated. Drink up, doll!
