    Popstar

If you’re thinking of being Katy Perry, any of the Little Mix girls or Gaga this Halloween, you will have to take your makeup look to celeb status!

    1. Press on this super sparkly shadow with your fingers all over the eyelid.

    2. Run the smokey black eyeliner pencil against your top eyelashes and use the other end to smudge it out for that super edgy vibe.

    3. Apply the blue tinted lashes with lash glue.

*Tip: If you aren’t sure how to apply fake lashes, ask a parent or sibling for help or just look up a tutorial on YouTube! If lashes aren’t your thing, just apply a generous amount of mascara.

    4. Pop on this bright pink lip balm to keep your lips looking pouty and protect them from the cold.
