Than waking up at the usual time in the morning and wanting nothing more than to eat a pile of toast in your jammies before going back to bed? Yep. ‘Tis the season—cold season. Here’s what to do as soon as you start feeling less than plucky.
Up the vitamin C

for sweet and so easy boost of vitamins
that will help you beat back the common cold.
Go to bed early
Yep, now’s the time to listen when Dad tells ya to hit the
hay, hunnie. Curl up under the covers with a good book an hour or so before you
need to turn out the lights to let your brain wind down.
Take a chill pill
Study after study show that the immune system takes a
serious hit when you’re stressed out. Deep breathing, a yoga class and some you
time when things get tough will help you keep the crazy under control.
