I have crooked teeth and I like them. Am I crazy?

I have crooked teeth…and I like them. All my friends have braces and want perfectly straight teeth, but I kind of like mine the way they are. I think they’re quirky, and make me look a little different from everyone else. Am I crazy?

Are you crazy? Absolutely not! Liking something about yourself is never crazy—especially when you’re embracing something 100 percent natural. While a lot of girls and guys really need orthodonture to correct problems with their bite, teeth spacing and tons of other reasons, a lot of what we do to our teeth is cosmetic. A little crook here and a gap there is fine as long as your dentist approves—definitely talk to her about what would be best for your health before making any decision.

The fact is, the natural look is coming back in vogue. Several models, like Lindsey Wixson, have a little gap between their front teeth, and it’s become a signature quirk. And while we’re not encouraging you to go after trends here, it’s nice to know that something you like isn’t out of the ordinary.

What do you think, babes?

A person should change their shampoo every six months because the hair will get used to it and does not get clean.
