Smear on sunscreen
Alright, girls—this one should be a no-brainer! The easiest
way to keep your skin healthy is to apply, and reapply, sunscreen. For the best
results, apply every two hours with sunscreen that is at least SPF 30. If you

GL Tip: Don’t dive straight into the ocean or pool after shaving or waxing, because it’ll cause red bumps from irritation. Instead, wait a few hours to give your skin a break.
