The biggest OMG celeb moments of the week

Happy Friday, GL girls! Another week has come and gone and we can’t believe it’s already time for the weekend. After jamming to new tunes, cheering on our fave artists at the CMT Awards and picking up a brand new rebellious read, we’re totally exhausted. But there’s still so much to talk about, so read on for all the major moments that happened this week.

Debby Ryan’s talent is Never Ending

It feels like the wait to hear some tunes from Debby Ryan’s band The Never Ending has been, well, never ending… But fear not, it’s finally over! This week the Jessie star and her band released the song “Mullohand Drive.” The pop fueled track has been stuck in our heads all week long and we’re so excited to hear more tracks from the band’s debut album, One.

The Fault in Our Stars studded premiere

If you hadn’t noticed, we’re a tiny bit obsessed with The Fault in Our Stars here at GL. OK, maybe a lot. This week, the totally adorbs movie stars Ansel Elgort and Shailene Woodley got all glammed up to walk the blue carpet (just like the book cover!) at the flick’s New York premiere. Shai wowed the crowd again, this time with a yellow dress and, um, bare feet? Kidding, she was only spotted walking shoeless to the actual premiere. Another one of our fave summer hotties, Nat Wolff, and The Fault in Our Stars author John Green hit the carpet together as well, chatting up fans and signing books along the way. We certainly hope they brought tissues with them!

Kylie & Kendall get rebellious

Not only do the Jenner sisters have a fab clothing line, but they’re authors now, too! The girls released their book Rebel: City of Indra, The Story of Lex and Livia just this week. The book follows sisters Lex and Livia 200 years in a dystopian future where they head out on a heart-pumping, totally exciting adventure. We can’t wait to read it!

Cassadee Pope breaks through

From a rock band to the country music world, there’s no stopping Cassadee Pope from getting what she wants. At The CMT Awards this week, the seriously gorg country singer went home with the trophy for Breakthrough Video of the Year for her song “Wasting All These Tears.” Congrats, Cassadee!

The Giver gives another trailer

Another trailer for The Giver has finally been released and all we can say is: WOW. We definitely got chills getting another look at Brenton Thwaites portraying the oh-so daring Jonas. We’re definitely counting down the days until it hits theaters.

Sneak a peek at the flick below…
