We tried it! Springblade Drive Sneakers by Adidas

One of the great things about interning at GL is you get to try tons of cool new products before anyone else. I’m an athlete and a fitness writer, so when my editor told me she was hooking me up with some brand new Adidas kicks I was super pumped!

A couple weeks went by and one day, while I was sitting in the office, I hear, “Gabi, your shoes arrived!” Obviously, I jumped to my feet and opened the box…and was super surprised by what I saw.

What was in the box, you ask? Springblade Drive Sneakers by Adidas. These shoes were so different than any other sneakers I had ever seen. They have 8 springs on the bottom of each shoe and looked like they had stepped out of the year 3000.

After leaving GL HQ that day, I couldn’t wait to get home and test ‘em out. I rushed inside, changed into my running outfit and strapped on my new pink blades. I put on my headphones, pumped up my music and started running around my neighborhood.

The sneaks made me feel like I was running so much faster. The springs released energy to make my run smoother too. And they were super light so they didn’t weigh me down like a lot of other sneakers do. Another cool feature I noticed about the kicks was that my feet were just as fresh after my run. No more sweaty feet for me!

My pink blades aren’t only great for my run but they look fab on my feet. I really loved the Springblade Drive sneaks and I think they’re gonna be my new go-to running shoe. Thanks Adidas, I heart these new futuristic kicks.

Keep your salads lightly dressed. Too much dressing on your fresh greens can hold more calories than you think and leave your salad soggy. Yuck.
Your first few weeks at school have FINALLY come to an end and:

Tight, hip-hugging jeans are hazardous to your health.
